Folk Mass? That's the first time I've heard that term, but not that type of Mass.
Back in October of 2003 I went to visit my best friend in Burnsville, MN. I went to a Roman Catholic church there in town and the best phrase I could come up with at the time was, "Man, that music was a trip. It's the Jefferson Airplane Mass. No, it sounded more like the Mama's and the Papa's." Groovy, nonetheless. *facetious chuckle*
